Prior to working in higher education, Bill has over two decades of management and leadership experience in both business and education, and has served organizations like Proctor & Gamble, Ritz-Carlton, Disney, Hy-Vee, Starbucks, and The Four Seasons Hotel chain.
A seasoned facilitator, Lauri Lumm has extensive experience working with participants of diverse backgrounds. She is passionate about helping leaders and other associates broaden their perspectives and hone their skills in order to achieve breakthrough success in the workplace. With a background in coaching and performance management, Lauri has a proven track record in facilitating team-building, conflict management, leadership, strategic planning and other professional development courses to academic institutions, for-profit and non-profit organizations.

In 1999 Todd Newton entered the world of game shows on GSN's Hollywood Showdown. Since then he has awarded contestants over forty million dollars in cash and prizes on such popular shows as Whammy!, Family Game Night, Instant Millionaire, and Monopoly Millionaires' Club. Game show fans also have the opportunity to catch him live as the host of The Price Is Right Live! stage show currently touring the United States and Canada.
